It’s important to take walks at night, I think, to remind ourselves that the world of plants moves to the rhythmn of the moon as well as the sun. Monday night, setting over Lake Geneva, the moon was magnificent, quietly but powerfully slipping towards the dark horizon while waves crashed on the shore.
